Tell us about you?

I am a young adult brain cancer survivor. I am legally blind, hard of hearing, and have physical disabilities. My goal is to find a job that allows me to work from home with my passion for helping the disabled community, cancer community, and people in need who want to succeed.

How have VR Services impacted you?

Being employed means so much to me! I was referred to DOR by Kaiser Permanente for career services. I want to offer my skills, qualities, abilities, capabilities, and experience in the workforce and have the opportunity to learn, grow, help, and build a strong, rewarding relationship with a company and fellow employees.

What does 100 years of VR mean to you?

A journey of hope—on the road to recovery to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
