DOR is proposing changes to state regulations that may affect the way consumers share the cost of their postsecondary education services. The proposal discussed was one of the many pieces that make up the plan for DOR to live within their financial means and continue to make an impact on consumers that are served. On May 21st, a public forum was hosted jointly by the State Rehabilitation Council and DOR to discuss these proposed changes. Public comments were received and will shape DOR’s final proposal. If you were unable to participate in the public forum, or would like to find out more information regarding the proposed changes, you may do so by reviewing the forum call transcript.
